Hotel Inspired house

In Ramat Beit-Shemesh I met these ultra-creative young couple with 2 kids. They said they love art (and so do I) and that they want a house that will be cheerful, stylish and feel like a hotel. 
This house included serious renovations, such as: closing the double height ceiling and turning the upper floor to a huge master suite, raising the garage floor and leveling it with the living area, and redoing the basement and turning it into an office suite (added a bathroom and shower). 
Tip: in a house with young kids try to add a playroom next to the kitchen or living area to conveniently keep a close eye on them.
